CNS Foundation asks all of our participants to fundraise $600 in addition to the registration fee to support finding potential treatments and cures for the children with neurological disorders.
By registering on this website, you will have access to a password protected Participant Center where you can create your own personalized donation page, send out recruiting and fundraising emails, view gifts received in your honor offline and view a record of all gifts that you’ve received on-line.
